Are the training programs included in the Hero Hub?
No. The Hero Hub and the training programs are two separate things, and you can have one without the other.
The Hero Hub is your training dashboard: workout logging, progress tracking, nutrition, tools and more. It is free, and Hero Hub Pro is an optional upgrade.
The programs are optional add-ons you buy once and keep for life. Hero Hub Pro does not include them, and you never need Pro to follow one.
What happens in the Hero Hub when I buy a program?
Your program is added straight to your Hero Hub, whether you use the free plan or Pro.
Every session is ready to start and log in Training, your progress is tracked as you go, and the full program with all its lessons and theory is waiting in the Programs section.
Do the programs come with Hero Hub Pro?
Yes, as a bonus. Zero To Growth includes 1 month of Hero Hub Pro, and every Hero Project edition includes 12 months.
The bonus does not renew automatically. When it ends, you keep your program for life and can stay on the free Hero Hub or subscribe to Pro.
